CHAPLAINCY REPORT Summary: June 09/08 Rev. Dr. Richard Thomas Sept. 10/07- June 09/08 (Report for Thirty-Nine (39) weeks)
NOTESAssistance to Churches: In addition to routine visits, I have also called at the request of: Hopewell Hill & Alma, Dawson Stmt., Brentwood, & Dundas. There is an elderly patient from NS in the Dumont whom I take to Bank, shopping & to Amherst occasionally These visits are included in the stats for Albert & W/K Assns. So far this year I’ve had: 2 decisions; 0 rededications; 0 funerals; & 0 Pulpit exchange. On Call: Currently, I have done 7 weekends at the City Hosp, for which I received a small honorarium Vacation/Illness: Statutory Holidays- 4; Sick- 1 day; 1 days off; 1 week vacation. Total weeks actual visiting this year is 38/39. Admin: Annual Mtg., 4 hrs; Chap. Comm., 1 hrs; Albert Council, 7 hrs; W/K Council, 4.5 hrs; PC Dept Mtgs. 10.75 hrs, Training & On Call, 14.5 hrs; funeral, 0; for a total of 47.75 hrs = 1.1 hrs/week. My commitment to the Associations was to work up to 12hrs/wk, & to date I’ve worked 10.8* hrs/wk |
