Hundreds of youth and leaders from across our Convention traveled to Moncton, NB
for
Springforth,
which focused on the theme “Thirst”. Springforth has a rich history of changing
lives for Christ, and this year was no different as many youth either made
first-time commitments to Christ or renewed their commitment to live for God.

17 Cornerstone Stratford (PE) Baptist Church turn
the sod for their new building. After meeting in the Stratford Town
Hall 4 years the new facility should be ready this Sept.    Three
generations of a church family turned the first sod.

Total amount raised equals $32 000! Many of our Baptist Young people and leaders were part of this  April

Successful Launch of HORIZONS in Canada! - Last week over 50 youth leaders from across Canada who were in attendance at the Canadian Youth Workers Conference in Ontario where present at the Canadian Baptist Ministries head office in Mississauga to witness the official launch of HORIZONS in Canada in English and French! Training of mentors has begun and as early as this spring the program will be launched across the country as a resource for training youth leaders, especially for those who are not able to access training readily.
